I just installed the new coppermine -- and had finally figured out how to work it out. I started to upload all of my pics again..most of them went through.

When I created a new folder, and uploaded a photo -- it showed only an X - and when I did "insert to folder" it showed the X still.
I clicked on the X and it said this "Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image"

Would anyone happen to know why it would say that, why would some uploads work..and some wont?

Then do as seggested under RED section of that doc, exacly and carefully
