How Can Admin Upload Images?

Hi,

I am trying to upload an image as admin, when i tried to, i get this errro:

You don't have permission to perform this operation.

my url is:
http://www.nissansonly.com/gallery/upload.php

I've switched to user mode but still it doesn't work.

Have you read the documentation?  Have you followed the troubleshooting guide?
