Hello,
I want to allow my users to us the batch upload too.
I integrated coppermine to phpbb, so I can't give them admin or mod state.
Do you know a way

No, batch adding is intended for admin use only. You'd have to give your users FTP access to an area that's web accesible. Means it would be a breeze to take over your server
