plz Look at my gallery site map:

its appear in stranger language,i think this problem may be from my gallery language
so i think google can't read my albums,and my albums are not listed in google
plz how can i solve this problem
so if i create html site map or xml site map then it will appear in arabic and english
if it can't appear in arabic and english,tell me how can i add arabic language so my site map will appear in arabic
and google can find all albums

Your sitemap is in iso-8859-15, while your gallery is in windows-1256, so this is not very surprising. However, we can't help you with your sitemap application, as we don't know it.
