Batch Add problem
« on: September 20, 2006, 12:05:11 am »

I get this error message when I use the Batch Add function:
Code: [Select]
Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image.
I have followed the instructions here in the Upload Trouble section of the documentation. When I try to use the HTTP upload tool, I get this:

Code: [Select]
The file 'albums/userpics/10001/PIC01351.JPG' can't be inserted in the album

Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image.

File: /home/jtp/public_html/5thphotos/db_input.php - Line: 402

The link to my gallery is http://5thphotos.ymforums.net.

I already had set them, but just in case, I did them all again. I didn't find anything wrong with them, and it still doesn't work.

Problem solved - I reinstalled everything from scratch myself (I had used Fantastico before) and it's fine now.
