403. Server configuration does not allow access to this page.

yesterday i have installed coppermine photo gallery  to http://fotovagu.com/gallery/index.php and have set directory permissions as said in the readme file. everything was working fine, i was able to loging to the gallery and was able to upload pics to the gallery albums (not FTP). and today moring i have uploaded lot of pics by using FTP too.
the problem is now me or any  users can't upload pics to the gallery. it says 403. Server configuration does not allow access to this page.  but already the permissions were set. nad was working fine. i have no clue.

- ask your host for any security mod installed on server
- change the name of upload.php to something else ...

i have contacted with the hosting service provider, and now it is working fine. thanx for the comment.  :)
