Updating database - How ?

Hi,

can anybody help.

I've just increased the size of the thumbnails and run the admin to resize the photos.
But I keep getting the smaller sized thumbnails on my pages.
I read the docs and it says you must run the update on the database.
How do you do this?

Pse help.

run {gallery root}/update.php
Check your cache (ctrl+f5)

Rebuild them using admin tools. (util.php)
