Alternating Thumbnails in Album View

I tried searching for this but i couldn't find anything.. I would like to know when listing albums if a random picture from the album can be shown rather than just the latest uploaded file..

For example:

Category = Anime

Home > Anime > List Albums

album 1          (picture)
album 2          (picture)
album 3          (picture)


i want the (picture) to not just be the latest file uploaded to album, but a random image from the album :P. Thanks!
