Database Error
« on: September 08, 2006, 11:37:09 pm »

Apparently my members are getting an error message when they have clicked on a thumbnail (which displays properly). I, as admin, am not gettin any error messages though.

It says "there was an error while processing a database query".

Any suggestions as to where i can start looking... and why I would be able to see the larger images and they can't?

Enable debug mode and post the mysql error message that you get when you replicate the error.

                            pid = 9597,
                            search_phrase = '',
                            Ip   = '201.238.92.243',
                            sdate = '1157752227',
                            referer='http%3A%2F%2Fwww.simply-bago.com%2Fgallery%2Fthumbnails.php%3Falbum%3D130',
                            browser = 'Unknown',

None of us speaks russian, so there's no use posting a link to your portal page. Post a deep link to your coppermine-driven page if you want help.

When hijacking a thread you should at least read it first:
Enable debug mode and post the mysql error message that you get when you replicate the error.
Your issue may be totally different, as the error message
Quote
There was an error while processing a database query
is just a generic one. Do as suggested already and post the actual mysql error message you get (not the debug_output).

[edit]
I just realized that you even hijacked this thread although you already have a thread of your own where you have already been told what to do in detail. Keep out of this thread, stay in the one you started. Respect board rules in the future. Karma taken.
