Need a Coppermine go-to guy/gal for ongoing work $20-30/hr

I've started using the coppermine gallery for supporting my photography business and have done about as much as I can do myself.  I'm looking for a reliable person whom I can contact on an ongoing basis as a consultant for whenever I need technical support or customization work. I can pay $20-$30 per hour (depending on ability) for all work and conversations.
