Special upload plug-in

Hi to all,

I was wondering is it possible to make such script to be connected with user voting rank. For example, you can upload one pic per week, but if your pic has received rating more than 100 per week, the next week you can upload 2 pic and ect. Thank you, do you have any suggestion

Could you be more specific how to do that, because I can't find any point marked as 2 and 5 in the manual. Thank you.

2 = maybe nobody knows the answer to your problem
5 = maybe you requested a feature that requires a lot of coding, and none of those who are able to do it have a need for the feature
