I have a account on IMVU and it seems there is a bug in the system, and I can not delete my picture files... I get this message

Directory 'albums//userdata/03/14/52/10/userpics/' is not writable, files can't be deleted

Is there anyway you can repair this for me, I am not the only one on this site with this problem... Please my file folder is becoming overloaded

any suggestions would be nice... Thank you, Robert

We don't know what IMVU is. If you need help, post more details.
