Automatic first album

Is it possible to provide a 'default' first album on new user registrations?

I'm considering lowest common denominator here for users...
 .. this will provide somewhere for their image uploads to go initially, and avoid the frustration of having to find/browse images again when they discover that after uploading their images they have all been lost.
