Hello!

I need a help. Sorry my english is poor, but I hope Yuo can understand me. This is my album: http://www.webterrarium.uw.hu/galeria/index.php
I want to make a public category or album, where a peoples are can upload their photos is a same album or category. I can't make this public album. It will be a photo competition. Could somebody help me?

I wasn't able to spot your coppermine-driven gallery, as you site loads awfully slow for me and I don't speak hungarian. Post a deep link to your gallery for a start, don't make us follow all links in your navigation, as this could take ages. Read the docs: allow uploads to public albums on the groups page, then turn on uploads to individual albums on the albums properties screen.
