Need ongoing Coppermine Support - basic - $10 per hour.
« on: August 23, 2006, 10:46:58 pm »

I recently posted that we're looking for website maintenance support with good Coppermine and osCommerce experience, but looks like we'll have to split the 2 functions.

So right now, we need ongoing Coppermine support - basic things like helping us troubleshoot upload problems.  For instance right now, no-one can access the Users Personal Galleries.  We know it's got to be something simple like checking or unchecking a box, but we just can't find it.  We're not techies, and we're not going to pretend we are.

So if you can help us, let me know pronto.  We'll pay $10 per hour, and we need a quick turnaround.  We need any problems resolved within a day or two of notifying our 'support guy'.

Our site address is www.2jills.com

no-one can access the Users Personal Galleries.
Probably the bug mentioned here: http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=35151.msg165076#msg165076

Actually, that's what a support board is for, I'm not sure why you are willing to pay. You'll learn something on the way ;)

Thanks GauGau - I hear you, but if I try fix it myself, I'm likely to crash the whole gallery. ???

Please close this thread  - we've sorted out the user gallery problem.

Many thanks.
