database password

im changing servers, and the text file where i had all my info, users, password, etc. seems to be lost.

where or how can i get the database user password?

include/config.inc.php -> db user and password

it looks like a hash string. is that the password or is that the password hashed.

That's the actual password. The fact that it is a randomly generated password suggests you used an autoinstaller to install Coppermine which is not recommended.
