Im a getting a "404 can't read that file" error on the batch uploading when it comes to the "List of new files" part attached is a print screen capture of the error I have no idea of what it is please help!!

It would be more useful if you actually did as bmossavari suggests. Make sure you are not attempting to use ImageMagick, it wont work with exec() disabled.
