I have uploaded everything to my server, and everything is showing up perfectly -- except that there are apparently no album pages.  I have read all of the documentation, and I saw nothing about needing to individually create album pages manually... did I miss something?

Example:

My whole gallery, with everything intact:

A single selected image:
http://www.ericajameslive.com/coppermine/displayimage.php?album=random&cat=0&pos=-226

Now here's the problematic part:

The album that image is placed in:
http://www.ericajameslive.com/coppermine/thumbnails.php?album=3

Why are the images all visible and accessible when their albums are not?

I noticed that, even though I uploaded everything that was in the .zip file, there were some .php pages missing... is there somewhere that I can download the lost pages?

Everything you need is in the download package. Try using a different mirror. Use versioncheck.php to make sure you have everything.

...I don't have versioncheck.php.  I believe that a lot of the files were missing from my .zip file.
