Can number of users go beyond 10,000?

Hi,

just wondering whether a limit on the number of users of the software to 10,000?
I ask because I saw the numbering in userspics folder starting from 10,000 onwards.

No limit existing for the number of users. Category numbers 1 to 9,999 are for public categories. Categories from 10,000 to infinite are for personal (user) galleries. This means: there is a (theoretical) limit for the public galleries, but there is none for the user galleries.
