I am very very new to Coppermine. I really don't know what I'm doing with it. All I know is Under user gallery categorey it says 2 albums and 5 files ... but when you click on user gallery, it says "Critical error There was an error while processing a database query" It also says this when I am logged in as admin and I click on Users in the admin tool bar.

I have no idea what this means or what to look for or what to do.... please help! I really need to have my users able to have their own album. Thanks

http://www.historum.com/photos (you must be a member to see the photo gallery though). I have Allow unlogged users (guest or anonymous) access clicked YES ... and it still won't let a guest look at the photo album.

You're using cpg1.4.2, so you shouldn't have started your thread on the cpg1.3.x support board. Moving this thread accordingly. You're lagging behind in versions, upgrade to the most recent version (currently cpg1.4.8) asap!

You're lagging behind in versions, upgrade to the most recent version (currently cpg1.4. asap!

You've been told to upgrade already. Running your outdated version is the reason for the error message you get. There's a reason why we release new versions: they contain fixes for older versions.
