Trouble viewing with Internet Explorer
« on: January 30, 2004, 03:14:04 pm »

I installed a photobook for my sister under http://sydney.xota.net
Works perfect with Safari on Mac, Firebird on Mac and PC, but quite some people have trouble as they're using IE on PC :-(
I don't have any clue what's going wrong. The site starts loading, but stops halfway (loading some thumbnail which never comes).
Host runs PHP 4.3.3

Checked the site front page with IE6 with latest updates and everything was fine.

There are some known bugs with IE6 and photos created in Photoshop for Mac. Try running Windows Update to get all the patches on the affected browsers.

Thanks for your comment. Think it points right at a troublesome combo: Photoshop/ Mac viewed through IE/Windows. As it's rather difficult to convince Windows users to upgrade I'll solve the problem on this side.
