Most rated/random pictures include in the board's index page
« on: January 29, 2004, 08:41:19 pm »

Most rated/random pictures include to the board's index page.
It should be compatible with IPB, phpBB, vB.

I see it implemented in Albinator Pro.
And I think to have this feature on Coopermine would be great.

Is that possible at all?

Or invision boards code is hard to change to work with coppermine in that way?

this would require to modify the code of your bbs, not the code of coppermine. Since we (the coppermine dev team) do know coppermine, but we don't know other bbs apps that well. Additionally, we have no control over new releases of the bbs apps, so any code we possibly could come up with may work in one version of your bbs app and not work in the next version.
There have been mods of bbs apps in the past that were created by the bbs app community, but it turned out that they caused problems, so we can't either recommend nor support them.
