Batch Upload in any album as admin

Hi,

I think admins should batch upload files in any album including the user albums.
There are many situations that users have a slow internet connection, or a huge amount of images to upload. It would be nice to batch upload the user files directly in their user-albums as admin.
Maybe every user can allow this in their album properties to save the "privacy aspect".
