I dont know why.
and also for the upload, does the images get uploaded into my server or the the url i typed?(do i make sense?)

The error message tells you exaclty what the problem is. You'll need to ask your host to allow fopen if you want to use the URI addition feature. The files are physically copied to your webserver.

I suggest disabling the URI upload instead (groups panel), as it's a silly feature anyway imo.
