No right-click has been in the coppermine code (I introduced it there because it has been requested quite often), but it was a disasters and started more questions than it solved. We decided to remove it, but it's available as mod: http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=2450
In fact, there are many no right-click scripts available, most of which can be used with coppermine easily.
