Batch Add Files Error ?

I have been unable to batch add files. This is the error message that I get:

PB : means that the file could not be added, check your configuration and the permission of directories where the files are located

I have admin permissions  ..... what am I missing here ?

Ok, i have another question about the batch upload

I created a directory structure within my FTP program for uploading photos and made sure all CHMOD was changed to 775 after doing so ...... now the batch add is not working again ....... is multiple directories not allowed ????
