Sef_URL and lang flag ?

Hello
I activated the lang flags in my website and the nice sef_url plugin is installed.
When i am on the displayimage.php (when i am looking a picture in an album) and then i clic on a flag, i have this url :
http://www.mysite.com/test-30-1.html&lang=english
So it dont works, do you have an idea ?

Yeah - turn sef_urls off: it's an experimental plugin that doesn't work well with multiple languages.

Is this sweet SEF_URL plugin actively developed? It can't be that hard to make it work...
