When Uploading, page expands

After selecting pics from my files to upload the next step to place in folder requires me to scroll across page to connect to the continue button then the next command to save is further across.  I hope this is understood.  Sorry if I haven't made it clear.  I looked to try and find the answer and am hoping that I am posting this question correctly.  Lots to read here.  Thank you so much for you help :)

Try a different theme.  Same problem?

I did try a different theme and it seemed to help a little but still requires to scroll across to access my "continue" buttons.

Another option would be to buy a display with a larger resolution  ;)

Yes, I have debug enabled for admin only.  I hope it doesn't take something to buy to fix it since I'm BROKE!  If I have to I will scroll over to enable the buttons needed but it's weird...it wasn't always like this, just some of the time.  I do appreciate you responding and maybe the solution will come to you.  In the meantime, I'll just scroll on down the road!!   ;)
