Banned from my own site

HELP!!! I tried logging into my Coppermine site and tried a variety of passwords and user names. Finally I received the message - You are currently banned from using this site. I did try prior to this message to have my password sent to me however it did not recognise my username. Now I cannot even view my albums. What can I do from here?
