Photo Shop: Add filename ?
« on: July 10, 2007, 07:57:46 pm »

I want to add the filename to the photo shop table.

I added a field "filename" to the database table "cpg1410_shop".

Question:  Where and what pages to I need to add what to add the "filename" to this field ?

Thanx in advance

Why? The filename is already stored in the pictures table. Use the pid as reference

Hi Stramm

Yes, I know I can use the pid as reference, but to make to front end smoother I use the filename and title as reference.

Anyway, I figured it out, it's adding the filename to the table now.

The reason for this is I screwed up my picture table a while ago, and with that all orders.  I spend hours looking up old pid numbers for filenames, and then changed the pid to the new pid so that my users can have the correct and new details.

One lesson I learned:  MAKE BACKUPS !!!  lol
