Pics not showing up

I tried to upload some of my pictures to Coppermine and it works fine until I get to sorting them in albums. The preveiw image thing won't show up! All it is is a box with a red "X" in it. So then I try to place the pics in albums and at the end it says:

The previous file could not be placed.

You have successfully placed all the files.

So I click "Continue" but when I go back home, there are no pictures! Anyone know what's wrong? Thanks in advance!
