Can registered users create new photo album to upload to?

Hello,

I would like registered users to be able to upload photos (i can do this already) but i would like them to be able to create a new Photo Album in the process. Is this possible and if so how do i set it up?

Possible inside the user's personal gallery (user galleries). Impossible in public galleries. No workaround!
Has been asked quite often on the board. Is being explained in the docs as well.
