Exif comment as photo title

I have been looking for a feature or an addon to set the title of the photo, displayed in displayimage.php, to the value of the EXIF comment field. I have a lot of photos where I have the comment ready typed in as a comment in EXIF, but I don't want to display the entire EXIF table, JUST the comments and I want them to be displayed right below the photo.
