How to assign one album to one user
« on: July 11, 2006, 01:08:41 pm »

I want to limit uploads to one album for one user. So basically give a few people access to upload photos to only one album. That is all I want them to do.  I would like them to do it via the XP Publisher Wizard if possible.  But if that is not possible, then through the Coppermine Photogallery interface.

Thanks

Album permissions can only be given on group basis and not on individual user basis.

For group basis: Grant the permissions from group manager page to specific group and then from album properties page allow the visitors to upload files. Read the docs for detailed instructions.

Looks like personal galleries (user galleries) are what you need. Again: docs!
