Problems with public albums....
« on: July 06, 2006, 11:13:18 pm »

Hello there...

Here is my problem.

I have created several public albums/categories on my gallery. I have set the registered group and admin group to be able to upload to these albums. But when I tested out as a registered use I get "Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files", so I have to make a user gallery to upload. When I tested the uploads in Admin I am able to upload to the public gallerys.

Here is a link to the gallery

Also here is a screen of my group permissions. I cant seem to find any album permission settings as I thought that would be the problem. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Go to the album's properties screen (click "properties" next to the thumbnail that represents the album) when logged in as admin. Set "visitors can upload" to "yes" on that screen. Please refer to the coppermine docs - this is explained there.
