Another problem with pics uploading but not showing
« on: July 06, 2006, 06:51:36 pm »

I set up this gallery about a week ago and all the pictures were uploading and showing. A few days ago I was uploading pictures and it would say that they were uploaded but a box with a red x would show up. The same goes when I upload with FTP. Then I set up a new gallery and the same thing happened. Both galleries were set up with Fantastico by the way.
I honestly don't know much about Coppermine. I looked in the FAQ and changed the permissons and I looked in PHP info but it all looked fine.

bmossavari basically is right. Small correction though: don't perform a fresh install, but upgrade as suggested in the docs (from your outdated version cpg1.4.2 to the most recent stable version cpg1.4.8)
