show keywords in iso-8859-1, is possible?

Hi again...

i have some keywords with characters in iso-8859-1, and in the search.php, no show these characters, and then no show the result...

for example, i have a keyword called "zárágózá" and in search.php shows "zrgz"

can i solve this?
