banning someone using IP address

hie guys l have someone that l want to ban from my gallery and l want to find out their IP address but l do not know how to get it. This person is a member on my gallery. Pleaes help

yes l have done that, but they re register using another username, thats why l need the IP address as well

- First way could be looking on "Raw Access file" on your hosting control panel (if you have!)
- there is a 2nd way :
1. you need to change  her/his password by editing that user
2. then when she/he try to login she/he will get username/password error and her/his ip will be log on your "security" log file then you can ban her/his ip
