The temporary ban is actually a security feature: after a number of failed login attempts, the account (admin or user) gets temporarily banned to avoid brute-force attacks. You can set the threshold in coppermine's config - refer to documentation: Number of failed login attempts until temporary ban (to avoid brute force attacks) and Duration of a temporary ban after failed logins.

Recovering from a high negative karma record is hard if you ask questions that could have been answered by reading the provided documentation first (before asking) ::).

Yes, obviously someone is trying to hack your site using a brute-force attack. What's the actual question?

Use phpMyAdmin, browse coppermine's users table to check if your account is still there. Post a link to your coppermine-driven gallery as well.

TheEyeGirl, do you know about our French board? You can ask for help there if you are more comfortable writing/reading French.

Has been asked very often already, please search the board more thoroughly. This thread is just a bunch of reports without resolutions - the people who posted replies to this thread failed to report if nor how they fixed their issues. There are threads that explain what to do in detail. Review them. If they don't solve your issue, start a new thread of your own, posting the required details (posting a link is mandatory).
