I would like to have under each picture, the option :
"add a text under this picture and print it"
When a user will clic on this option, i would like to see a flash, with the correct picture on a A4 page (as a preview printable), and a field to fill with a text.
The user could choose the police of the text, and the text will appear under or on the top of the picture (not on the picture just near).
The user could move the text where he wants on the page, and the picture too.
He will be able to enlarge his text and the picture too.
Somebody would like to do this for me ?

You are not clear its an web application or desktop application.
you need an print application that can be add an text into this image, ok.
I am very interested would like to handle the project and start immediately.
My current weekly availability is  more than 40 hours.
