Unable to login with www. prefix

Whenever I try to logon via http://www.abc.com/coppermine/, I am always unable to logon. It will always bring me back to the main index page. Only when i logon via http://abc.com/coppermine, it will be sucessful. Any ideas? ???

In addition, I am unable to switch from admin mode to user mode.

The problem of being unable to logon happens on and off. Any idea of resolving both issues?

Don't post an admin account on a public forum or you'll have problems 1000 times worse.

Logging in and out and switching user to admin mode all works fine for me, so it must be a problem with your browser/firewall. Try clearing your cookies, using a different browser, disabling the firewall.
