Help Adding a Page Counter

I need to know what page I can add a page counter too so only the main page of my album would show the amount of people who have visited my album.

You didn't specify what the counter is for so I'll assume it's a page counter. You could create an anycontent.php to contain your counter and maybe a welcome message and it will only be viewable on the main gallery page. Do a search for "anycontent.php" to read up on it and you'll find the instructions in the manual for activating it here: http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#admin_album_list.
