Batch ADD: After so many files loading, it stops?

Okay, I'm trying to batch add a folder of like, 1100 some pics, but it batch add, it only goes up to 396, and everything else after that stops....and I dont even get the option to add the ones that have loaded.  I tried uploading it in strides of 100's...but thats not doing any good either, HELP?!
