Move coppermine from root to a subfolder

Hi
 I want to move CPG from mydomain.tld/ to mydomain.tld/gallery can any one guide me on how to do it
I think i know but not sure if it is the right way.
   Move all files from root to /gallery and change the URl for gallery in the configuration to mydomain.tld/gallery
 am i rite  ???  ???

i am runing

CPG 1.4.3
Apache 1.3.33
MySQL 5.0.16
