Error after install ...

This is what I get after I hit the continue button after the set up is complete (just before I can set it up as an Admin).

Template error
Failed to find block 'file_line'(#(<!-- BEGIN file_line -->)(.*?)(<!-- END file_line -->)#s) in :


Drivin' me nutz :) Ideas?

link to gallery? Make sure the themes folder is there (at least with the sub-folder "default").
