Error Message question

I hope this is the right board and the subject heading was okay, i logged on to my gallery and got this starnge message and did not know what it was Warning: MagpieRSS: Failed to parse RSS file. (xml declaration not at start of external entity at line 2, column 0) in /www/s/scornedonlin/htdocs/passionstalk/gallery/magpierss/rss_fetch.inc on line 237

You integrated an RSS feed into your page that fails. This is not related to coppermine at all.
