Forgot Password Link In E-mail Not Working

My computer crashed and I lost my password to my gallery. I clicked on I forgot password and it sent me the e-mail but the link in it saying to continue to make a new password doesnt work. I was wondering if someone could help me out?  :(

In Config, make sure the gallery url is correct.
