Paid "superuser" accts?
« on: June 03, 2006, 02:30:03 pm »

Not sure if the title is exactly right, but what I mean is having say a $5/mo charge (or whatever the admin sets) and then the user can have unlimited MBs of uploads (or X ammt set by admin).  And if they don't pay the charge, they're considered "regular" user and can have X uploads (all admin set).  And admin can have option to "upgrade" a user at his/her discretion (without the charge if they want).  Does a feature like this exist?  I tried searching but didn't seem to come up with anything.  Thanks.

Anything that involves payments is not going to be a core feature of Coppermine.

Thanks Nibbler.  Do you know of any mods that would accomplish this?  Thanks again.

Well, basically you move users into another group that has a higher quota.
