meta tag title - how to remove 'home'

Hello there, how would I remove the 'Home' mention in the title.
check this page for example: http://www.shadygallery.com/index.php?cat=3

The title is: ShadyGallery.com - Home > Eminem Events

I'd prefere the title to be:

ShadyGallery.com > Eminem Events

How would this be done?

that's not a meta tag, but the description for the root of the breadcrumb nav. Edit lang/english.php, find the section your want to see translated and edit as you see fit.
