Camera-Phone Gallery - Paying $1,000 for CPG Customisation

Hi,

I need your help building a gallery where content is populated direct from mobile phones via MMS.
I have all the telecoms in place where the picture content will be delivered to CPG via HTTP Post. I require the expertise of a CPG expert to integrate HTTP Post into CGP albums.
Budget = $1,000
